We have converted our restored Victorian Mansion, - a Gananoque Landmark - into self-contained, fully furnished apartments to create an affordable base to explore the region. If your career demands you spend more time in the Kingston area, are relocating, want to be near family or are in between houses we offer the perfect solution.
Modern, individually designed suites feature private entrances, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels; some have full kitchens and dining areas, and 1 has a covered porch.
Parking is complimentary, and there's storage for bikes and kayaks. Extended-stay options are available.
SUITES
We offer unique, individually designed suites. Each apartment ( 700 sqft /70 sqm ) is self contained with private entrance.
The apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests. They have a tastefully furnished comfortable living room, a Queensize bedroom, a private 4 piece bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Our Cottage Suite is a 2 bedroom with 2 Queensize beds. Enjoy free internet connection and 32 inch flatscreen, satellite HDTV.
GRAND SUITE
The living room of this suite truly conveys the grandeur and elegance of the property with 12 ft ceiling, tall bay window, marble fireplace, French doors, original oak flooring and trim.
SUNSHINE SUITE
Be awakened by the sun in your intimate Queen bedroom boasting an ensuite dressing room. The kitchen, dining area is sundrenched from midday and offers a great space to enjoy culinary delights or even entertain.
LOFT SUITE
A unique loft offering glimpses of the river and other great views. Enjoy the little “sun” room in the tower.

COTTAGE SUITE
2 storey cottage style annex with outside sitting area and separate entrance. The ground floor incorporates the living room and in an open concept a dining area and open kitchen. The second floor has 2 rooms and a small 4 piece bathroom. One of these rooms has a Queensize bed, the other a Davenport with a further Davenport for sleeping in the living room if required.
MAPLE VIEW SUITE
From both the bedroom, where you are awakened by the morning sun and the raised level leading off the living room you have a view of the 2 magnificent maples in front of the house. The living room leads in an open concept layout to the dining room which is adjoined by the kitchen. A bar counter is the perfect spot to take in an impromptu aperitif. Large 4 piece bathroom
PORCH SUITE
This is a very elegant suite with floor to ceiling French windows. Here you can enjoy summer on a large covered porch. The L-shaped living room has beautiful inlay floors.
