This little neighbourhood gem is the brainchild of Chrissy Flanagan, the creator of Chrissy's Cuts, a bespoke range of snags sold throughout Sydney. Bringing together the best of sausages and fine wine, this is where one will not find a single banger and mash in sight but more creative dishes with housemade pickles and jazzy hot dogs.
