We take pride in serving simple but delicious fish and chips and being at the heart of the local community.
We cook all our food fresh to order – so hot and crisp fish and chips straight from the fryer. We peel and chip our potatoes each morning which are then double cooked to give a perfect chip – fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside.
All our fish comes from sustainable sources. Our cod, haddock and rock is MSC certified which means we’re helping to guarantee we can all enjoy fish and chips for years to come.
- Our fish is fully sustainable. We were the first takeaway and restaurant in Hertfordshire to have full Marine Stewardship council certification.
- All of our packaging is completely compostable
- We use 100% green electricity generated through solar, wind and tidal power.
