Chef Sean Connolly presents a menu of fresh, clean seafood dishes interwoven with contemporary takes on hearty home-style favourites. You may start with a selection of oysters from the daily board, and move on to a main of schnitzel with a buttery side of grandma's carrots. The Morrison also serves breakfast, with dishes such as quinoa spiked porridge and perfectly gooey eggs and soldiers serving as a good excuse for a morning meeting.
