Imagine yourself at Woodlands, far away from the crowds, the noise and the bustle.. Drive up to the warm old Victorian house, pull the old-fashioned door bell and feel your shoulders relax as you are welcomed in. Put your feet up in the comfortable lounge in front of the open fire and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with home-made cake or wash away the dust of your journey with a glass of local ale in the bar.

We stayed for a long weekend at the Woodlands. The moment we arrived we were made very welcome by our host Judith with tea coffee and homemade cake. As we requested for accessible room, we were given room on the ground floor, i was able to park the car very near to the room door, a real help. The room was adapted for all disabled persons needs complete with a walk in shower. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. Kudos to host and all other staff members, they provided excellent services. If you want perfect peace and quiet in the country then Woodlands is for you.
