Sahara at the Republic breathes a little Moroccan flair into Parramatta Road, Annandale. The menu offers some Moroccan staples, like seafood, lamb and chicken tagines, but also calls upon Spanish dishes, like paella, a reminder of the Spanish influence in the country. There is an interesting drinks menu, with African red and white wines on offer alongside some well-known Australian labels. The decor at Sahara is rustic and welcoming, with hanging stained-glass lanterns, timber furniture and low lighting.

We offer A’la carte menu as well as a variety of set menus to choose from. The staffs are ready to create a special menu to suite your clients needs. We are flexible and strongly customer orientated.
