Like most Sydney suburbs, Bondi is dotted with Thai eateries with kitsch sounding names. But Rice Pot on Hall Street is definitely one of the best. Not in terms of its name (it's actually somewhat bearable), but in terms of the tantalizing Thai fare, which is celebrated amongst locals. There is an expansive menu with many vegetarian options available, the service is impeccable and the specials are legendary. The tamarind salmon is a highlight. Small Thai restaurant with a red ceiling, plating large portions of fried rice and massaman curry.
