This hotel might be impressive on the ground floor but that is it. The room is naff for wheelchair users and the bathroom is terrible. The service is not of a good standard and the food is lack lustre.

The other bonus for us was the car park which is under the hotel and relatively cheap for central London parking. The hotel entrance has a ramp but the hotel loses points because it doesn’t do anything to discourage taxi drivers from parking their cars right over the ramp which prevents disabled people from getting in or out of the hotel. The room I was given was a disabled room, as I needed a walk-in shower. The room was huge and had lots of space for clothes, etc, and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. No complaints there. Staff very helpful on reception Will definitely return
