George Ermer has moved onto Pitt Street bringing yummy bubble and squeak eggplant salad with haloumi to Redfern diners. Spanish eggs served with crusty sourdough bread keep them satisfied for breakfast, but they will be even happier when the little restaurant soon starts opening for dinner.
