Combining rustic wooden benches with industrial-chic detailing, Cut & Chase is one of York’s trendiest new eateries and cocktail bars.  Conveniently placed just minutes from York Minster on Goodramgate, we are open seven days a week. From first thing for brunch and coffee, throughout the day for a spot of lunch and on into the evening for dinner and drinks.

Our team of chefs have created a menu that blends British classics with contemporary options, ensuring there is something for everyone. The use of quality local and seasonal produce means that the food is always tasty and fresh.

Our new private dining room seats 14 guests and is the perfect spot in York to host a variety of small events.
