Pazar Food Collective takes the "collective" part of its name seriously; the menu is a collection of Mexican, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, but this is not a confused mishmash of styles. The idea is you sample dishes here the way you would walking through a market, following your nose from pide to tacos to churros.
