Growing up in his parent's Balmain restaurant Stars at Gigi's, Gino Soglimbene was bound to open a restaurant of his own. That dream has materialised in Pappardelle Ristorante in Haberfield. Gino's delightful Italian dishes have a unique twist to them that would make his folks proud. With almost 25 years experience in the restaurant business, and having hosted the local families of Balmain and Pyrmont for decades, the Soglimbene family begin their next chapter with the opening of Pappardelle.
