A warm and friendly welcome awaits all our visitors to the Bay Lodge Guest House in Eastbourne.  Situated in an ideal position in a conservation area on the seafront opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Napoleonic Fortress. Ten minutes walk to the Pier and five minutes away from local shops and restaurants.

We have six rooms for adults only:- one single, one double and four kingsize. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. Each room has a flat screen television with Freeview, well stocked hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer.  Rooms at the front have sea views with one having a balcony where guests can sit out and enjoy the good weather. 

Full English breakfast and buffet served each day.  Free wifi is available throughout the building.  At the rear is a car park for three cars (please note spaces cannot be reserved) and parking is free on the side roads. There are five steps up to the front door and there are two flights of stairs to the top floor rooms.
