Well known among Japanese communities on the North Shore, Mino offers a 6 course "kaiseki" banquet well worth the drive from wherever you live in Sydney. Mini also have variety of a la carte menu for more casual dining and Mino's menu is not only for that special occasion but also for a more casual night out. Kaiseki menu is our specialty. It is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner which requires experienced skills and techniques with understanding of seasonality of each ingredient and beautiful presentation. Enjoy our seasonally changing Kaiseki course cooked by experienced Japanese chefs. We have a range of Japanese Sake (rice wine) imported from Japan to be matched with our Japanese dishes. Hot or cold, dry or sweet, just like a wine, you can find your favourite Sake ! Wine and beer are also available (BYO Wine only)
