Cafe Ish owners Josh and Ai Nicholls have shut shop in Surry Hills and landed in Redfern with their new concept cafe – an old-style milk bar. All the trimmings are here - classic arcade game machines, cheesy chart topper music blaring from a jukebox and jars of colourful lollies at the counter. The menu is made up of burgers and milkshakes using house made ingredients and Cafe Ish icons such as the soft shell crab omelette. Ai's handiwork at the La Marzocco espresso machine and with beans from Coffee Alchemy ensure a top-notch latte.

We’ve stuck to our roots here and we still make them milk shake machines we’re simply fulfilling your dreams and adding all the extra goodies. Side note – we make our chocolate sauce from scratch, we are ensuring that we are sourcing quality products from exceptional suppliers.
