Stayed here for two nights with the disability issue. There is ample free parking if you’re staying at the hotel with lots of disabled parking spots right next to the hotel for Blue Badge holders. There are two wide and well-functioning lifts to take you to floors other than the ground floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The disabled room was spotlessly clean and wide enough for wheelchair users. The location is great and close to all attractions. Being disabled it was also easy to get around. The hotel is 100% disability friendly. Highly recommended.
