Since first opening our doors in 2010 our philosophy has remained unchanged — to serve Australian seafood in the most sustainable and approachable way possible. love.fish still represents everything we feel passionate about and Barangaroo is the perfect location to create a new Australian seafood dining experience, in a unique, waterside setting. Our bar will share our philosophy, showcasing only Australian spirits, locally sourced, environmentally conscious wines and seasonal, produce driven cocktails.
