Reynold Poernomo impressed professional chefs with his fantastical desserts on MasterChef 2015 and he's teamed up with his brother, Indonesian MasterChef judge Arnold Poernomo to create Poernomo’s Koi Dessert Bar. The eatery is set inside the hip Central Park development at Chippendale and its two-tiered space is divided into a ground floor patisserie-style cafe and a lounge and bar area situated above. The Asian-inspired menu offers savoury and sweet fine dining dishes and impressive cocktails.
