On arrival found there was no lift and there was plenty of parking space including disabled spaces. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and gave disabled room as requested. The room was warm, comfortable and good value for money. Wheelchair friendly and accessible. The bathroom was too good. Location of the hotel is very convenient. It was very quiet hotel and had a good sleep in the night without any noise around. So very good and accessible stay for me.
