The location was what I booked it for, and that didn’t disappoint me at all. Booked an accessible room online, confirmed and paid. Staff were always polite and helpful, we were on the ground floor in the disabled room which had plenty of room space for the wheelchair. Recently refurbished with really comfortable bed. Also the bathroom was ok for me. Accessible car parking available on arrival. Breakfast in the morning was good. Overall good stay for me.
