Bistro Jacques delivers in true Gallic style. This rustic French restaurant is situated on the corner of Hardman Street and Hope Street, in the heart of theatre land and the university district.
The décor has a classic bistro feel with wooden tables and chairs, candles in wine bottles and walls smattered with prints by French artists. The warm, friendly and inviting service is accompanied by traditional French music helping create a vibrant and bustling atmosphere.
There is a wide selection of “entrées” and “plats de résistance” and the menu boasts some classic French favourites such as Coq Au Vin and Boeuf Bourguignon, as well as a variety of Mediterranean dishes. The menu changes daily making the most of fresh market produce. Bistro serves lunch “Le Lunch Rapide” from £8.50, every day 11.45-4.30pm. Our “Pre-Théâtre Offre” menu 3 courses for £12.95 is served Sunday to Thursday, 4.30 to 7pm, Friday & Saturday, 4.30 to 6.30pm.The competitively priced “A La Carte” menu is also available every evening from 4.30pm till 10.30pm.
