Our Standard Queen Room features everything you would come to expect in a 4.5 Star Hotel Room including a comfortable Queen Bed, ensuite with walk- in shower, plus access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym and steam room is also included. Room size is 29 sqm and has no balcony and no view. Rate is 2 persons inclusive, maximum occupancy is 2.
Garden Terrace
Our Garden Terrace Rooms are our newest rooms and feature fantastic garden views with ground floor access. The Garden Terrace Room includes a comfortable King Bed or 2 Single Beds upon request, ensuite with walk- in shower, plus access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym and steam room is also included. Room size is 38 sqm including the terrace.
One Bedroom Spa Suite
Our 1 Bedroom Spa Suites feature picturesque views of the wonderful Yarra Valley from your very own private balcony. The 1 Bedroom Spa Suites also include a spa bath, a comfortable King Bed or 2 Single Beds upon request, plus access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym and steam room is also included. Room size is 55 sqm including the balcony.
Two Bedroom Spa Suite
Balgownie Estate’s Two Bedroom Suite features a combination of either a Standard Queen Room with One Bedroom Spa Suite or Our Privilege Spa Suite. Using a Twin Key access system that will allow you the opportunity to lock off each suite individually or simply close the external Hall door and allow flow between the Suites. The combined room size is 88 square metres including the balcony. The rate is based on 4 persons inclusive with a maximum occupancy of either 5 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children
Privilege Spa Suite
The 1 Bedroom Privilege Spa Suites are our premium suites within the resort offering sweeping views of the Yarra Valley and modern décor to compliment the ultimate Balgownie experience. The 1 Bedroom Privilege Spa Suites also include a size spa bath including luxurious bathroom amenities, a comfortable King Bed, 42” LCD TV, selected Foxtel channels, basic kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Complimentary broadband/wireless internet in both the room & throughout the resort, plus access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym and steam room is also included. Balgownie Estate’s Two Bedroom Apartment features the largest guest room of the Resort with stunning unrestricted views of the beautiful Yarra Valley. The Two Bedroom Apartment is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment featuring a comfortable King and Queen Bed, ensuite with walk-in shower in the master bedroom, and shower over bath in the central bathroom, separate equipped laundry, stylish open plan lounge & entertaining area, large kitchenette and private balcony.
