Buzzing spot with pumping music and colourful cocktails, plus panini, wraps and sandwiches.
We are passionate about lovingly creating, producing, and (more often than not) tasting all sorts of delightful libations that can be made with fresh fruit, sugar, and usually some form of alcogg… algamah… alcohooo… booze!
Bar One was born. Three months or so later, the boards came down and Bar One was unveiled to the masses. Crisp, clean décor, comfortable furnishings, and above all, the first bar in Inverness to have an “all-premium” speed rail. Fresh Italian coffee, delicious food, great wines and of course, our trademark cocktail menu, which even from day one, had the largest selection in the Highlands! We were to all intents, Inverness’ first real cocktail bar.
Several years later, not much has changed… we still strive to be the best at what we do, being represented in competitions across the country, designing new drinks, and of course, our own special brand of service and humour.
