Even with the bustle of downtown Ottawa so close at hand, you'll have no trouble sleeping peacefully, as this historic row-house is situated in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighbourhood. The area boasts handy access to restaurants and shops, while sitting right next to the picturesque Rideau River, spacious parks and gorgeous cycling/hiking paths.
Parking
- Each room comes with 1 parking space, at no additional charge.
- Parking spaces are in an open-air lot which is 200m (a 2 minute walk) from our door.
- Free parking is also available on our street (restrictions apply – see below)
- Mon-Fri between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM: street parking is free, but restricted to 1 hour.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is included in all prices.
- Serving times: 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- For early departures, we provide a packaged breakfast which includes a muffin, fruit and juice.
- We serve a North-American-style, full-sized, gourmet-calibre breakfast.
- We can accommodate food allergies, or other special dietary concerns.
Our Home
- This is a 100% smoke-free house. No smoking on balcony or porch.
- Outdoor footwear is to be removed at the entrance. If you have concerns with this requirement, please discuss with us prior to your arrival – we will be happy to help find a workable solution.
- There is central air-conditioning throughout the house.
- Courtesy telephone provided for local outgoing calls.
- Guests have free use of our wi-fi internet connection – computers not provided
