Cannot fault this place great as it is located centrally in the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us as i am disabled. Clean and well equipped spacious rooms recommend to anyone with disability. Suitable for Business trip also. Room is very comfortable so as the bathroom. Ideal parking for disabled people right across from the hotel. plenty of places for breakfast and evening meals in town. Enjoyed my full stay here.

Just returned home from the Old Haymarket , hotel as usual clean & tidy, The staff have been marvellous & chap on reception was really welcoming, had a lovely time until last night , not the hotels fault , just people being loud , & causing havoc on our landing,, banging doors shouting & singing , 4th floor. Never had any issue’s previous times we’ve stayed but not much sleep at all last night
