63@Parklands is an off shoot of Perth’s acclaimed 63 Tay Street restaurant and is overseen by Executive chef Graeme Pallister who was crowned Chef of the Year at the Catering in Scotland Awards 2013, Chef Mark Glancey is in day to day control of the team.
Chef Graeme Pallister’s signature restaurant 63 Tay Street is open for Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. 63@Parklands will compliment this by offering dinner service on a Thursday to Monday basis ensuring that Fine Dining is available in Perth 7 days a week.
