Chef Graeme Pallister’s signature restaurant 63 Tay Street is open for Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. 63@Parklands will compliment this by offering dinner service on a Thursday to Monday basis ensuring that Fine Dining is available in Perth 7 days a week.
