Warm and friendly hotel in a great location with Romford Town Centre, the hotel’s parking is only a short walk away but difficult for wheelchair users or disabled users like me. The staff a approachable and always willing to help. The lift was not working during my stay. Got an accessible room in which the bed was comfortable and has a good night sleep. Bathroom was also good in terms of area no doubt in that. Food of the hotel was ok ok. After all good stay for me.
