Established in 1934 as a full service garage, the building housing Riley St Garage has been totally transformed into a 200 seat, art-deco restaurant and bar. Created by Executive Chef Regan Porteous, the modern Australian menu is designed to share. Consisting of dishes made up of only the highest quality produce sourced locally in NSW, the “Oyster Bar” remains a primary fixture where oysters are shucked to order.
