Peats Bite is an exclusive water access only restaurant situated on the beautiful Hawkesbury River approximately one hour north of Sydney. This well kept secret has been in operation since 1982, in which time it has become renowned for its long luncheons and fine wine, food and entertainment. The unique water access only venue has relaxed tropical gardens right to the waters edge and an uninterrupted backdrop of untouched bushland around the Hawkesbury River. This sets the scene for the perfect wedding with a capacity for 100 for larger weddings or small intimate weddings.
Since opening in 1982 this family owned and run business has become renowned for its long relaxed luncheons and live entertainment. The venue is well suited for functions and weddings with a spectacular river outlook, tropical gardens and lawns to the waters edge. Peats Bite's indoor/outdoor design has seating capacity of 150 persons and views from all aspects of the restaurant. The property also has six self contained water front holiday units, BBQ area and swimming pool, great for small conferences or weekends away.

Peats Bite offers a unique six course degustation menu that is Modern Australian in its outlook and designed to reflect the location and relaxed atmosphere.
