Sicilian-born award-winning chef Lino Sauro (Gattopardo, Singapore) helms the kitchen at Olio Kensington Street to show Sydney why Sicilian is the new Italian. The menu reflects a strong connection to Sauro’s Sicilian roots, pioneering freshly sourced, local produce and seafood. Keeping it all in the family, Sauro sources his signature olive oil – the base of all his dishes – from his family’s Sicilian farm. Olio Kensington Street features a contemporary indoor dining room and rooftop terrazza overlooking Chippendale. Designed with a modern and inviting interior, Olio can cater for up to 150 people for cocktails, or 100 seated. For smaller groups the terrace can cater for 60 standing or 40 seated.
