Very welcoming staff on arrival and given me a ground floor room which suited us well as I am in a wheelchair. Accessible parking bays available near the entrance of the hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly as they understand their clients. The disabled adapted room was of good size and the wet room was fine with great accessibility for wheelchair. Very clean and accessible hotel for disabled peoples. Must stay without any hesitation.
