Customers should be aware that if following the hotel postcode on a satnav, customers should then drive straight over the next roundabout, and the hotel is on the left. The hotel is approximately 3 miles from Stoke-on-Trent rail station. Bus routes 25, 26, 31 and 101 provide regular, direct services between Stoke-on-Trent rail station and Newcastle-under-Lyme bus station, which is a short walk from the hotel.
