Wheelchair Users and Companion Seats
Wheelchair users are entitled to an assisting companion seat free of charge if it's a requirement to facilitating the visit.
Wheelchair and minimal step access seats are only bookable via the Box Office.

There is level Access from our car parks and you may drop off at the front doors via the access lane next to Highfield Interchange
CITY
The nearest disabled parking is on Park Walk behind the theatre. Additional spaces can be found at Bedford Place and Grosvenor Sq. We recommend dropping off on West Marlands Rd across the square.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance Dogs are welcome at all performances. Please talk to the Box Office team if you need a minding service throughout the show.
Assistive Hearing Devices
Hearing loops and headphones for assistive listening are available free of charge from the Box Office.
Relaxed Performances
Relaxed performances are for anyone who would benefit from a laid back atmosphere, including those with a learning or physical disability, an autistic spectrum condition or sensory communication disorder, or families with very young children.
Modifications made to the performance, to ensure a magical theatre experience for all, include:
A partially lit auditorium; the audience are welcome to leave their seats and come and go as they please
A designated quiet area available at any time before, during or after the performance
