Osso Steak and Ribs Restaurant makes its home inside Penrith Panthers and its smart fitout and high food values attract a discerning clientele. Passionate about meat and wine, the kitchen's "paddock to plate" philosophy sees its menu packed with premium steaks. A few other options, like oysters, baked spatchcock and pan fried barramundi round out the offerings but you're probably here for the ribs basted in bourbon glaze. Good spacing inside the restaurant, there is enough room to move around. Great quality food and great service. A very enjoyable night out, where the most difficult task all night is choosing from the extensive menu. The service was always with warmth and a smile and steaks we had were if exceptional quality.
