Our two fabulous five-star properties offer luxury accommodation and a first class service, whilst retaining a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Both houses have been lovingly restored with all modern luxuries, whilst preserving many original features. Spacious rooms blend effortlessly with every possible modern convenience to create a comfortable and chic space for you to relax in. Introduction
Anns Hill Cottage is a two storey stone built cottage dating from 1690.
Pre-Arrival
• We have a web site with pictures of the kitchen, sitting room and bathroom
• Bookings can be made directly from the website, via email, telephone or by letter.
• Directions to the cottage are on the web site
• The nearest train station is 6 miles away, the nearest bus stop is 3 miles away.
• We can arrange taxis and shopping to be delivered prior to your arrival
• We can provide information in large print on request
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• There is a car park at the front door of the cottage.
• The car park is levelled concrete and flat and even.
• The front door is 95cm wide
Main Entrance & Reception
• We will meet you at Anns Hill House and show you to the Cottage.
• The front door opens into the lounge. There is an outside sensor light at the front door. The lights to the lounge are on the left hand side wall just as you enter the front door.
• The welcome pack which includes all information about the cottage is on the dresser in the lounge.

• Smoke alarms are fitted.
• All doors and skirting boards are white
• Floors downstairs are flagstones and floors upstairs are original wood. Both surfaces are uneven.
• The stairs is steep spiral of 18 stone steps.
