The Meat & Wine Co brings South African flavour and game meats to the heritage listed Intercontinental Sydney Hotel. It oozes with character from its exposed wine stacked bar, rich timber furnishings and plush leather seating. The premium cuts are aged for approximately four weeks in a temperature controlled environment resulting in a tender texture and a sweet, full flavour.
