This contemporary Spanish Cabaret Show, SPICE, has been developed especially for Postales Restaurant to partner their highly successful French inspired Crystal Boudoir Burlesque and Cabaret Show. Set under the wonderfully restored GPO Building, Postales Spanish Restaurant and Tapas Bar offers traditional Spanish food in a relaxed and sophisticated setting. The cuisine focuses on sensational seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes that have been Spanish favourites forever. Tapas dishes range in price from $9 to $19.50. Main courses are between $27.50 to $31.00. Postales also offers you a Valencian seafood paella and meat paella (Paella de Carne) that have been described as Sydney's best paella. The Postales paella uses proper paella stock and saffron to give them their authentic and distinctive brown colour and flavour (unfortunately many other restaurants use chicken stock which gives paellas an unnatural bright yellow colour). Paellas are now signature dishes for Postales, $58.00 for two.
