Carefully crafted, our brioche buns are baked fresh daily in house. The perfect complement to any TOMA burger, each bun is branded with our signature "T". Our patties are made using the finest blend of fresh ground beef, chuck and brisket. Each patty is generously seasoned with sea salt, ground pepper and a special blend of spice and cooked to the order on our flat griddle. We use only the freshest ingredients, which is why we craft all our sauces in house. From our secret TOMA sauce to our truffle mayo, they’ve all been skillfully prepared to pair perfectly with any TOMA burger. Almost all ingredients are made in house from the unique San Marzano ketchup, which is more like a vinegary marinara sauce, to the classic French compotes and chutney that rest atop each juicy patty. Speaking of patties, you’ll only find Canadian Angus prime rib here, which means your burger will be cooked the right way – juicy, slightly crumbly and medium rare. Great burgers and delicious poutine. Fantastic staff and service. We were a group of six and all were very happy with our food and experience. Highly recommend it!
