Hastings History House Hastings History House, 21 Courthouse St, Hastings TN34 3AU, UK

Our objective is to give Hastings and St Leonards the history house that the town’s reputation and place in the history of Britain deserves.

We aim to provide an educational resource, facilities and opportunities to share with local residents, students and the town’s many visitors the excitement and interest that fires our members.

We welcome, assist and provide a showcase for individual researchers and students of all ages and abilities.

We share our premises with Hastings Area Archaeological Research Group and Hastings Local History Group and have a meeting room available for hire.

We have a changing programme of exhibitions and talks and open Thursdays to Sundays 11-4 thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers.

Our opening hours are dependant on there being volunteers to staff. In cases of sickness we may have to close.

Jan and Feb closed Sun.
