Read All ReviewsWe stayed here for 3 nights during our last visit to Dubai. One main thing i would say is, if you need wheelchair access to any of the facilities other than your room or the restaurant this is not the suitable place. There are around 20 steps up to the pool and around 5 down. If you are not in the main part of the hotel there is an enormous amount of stairs to climb to get there which are always slippery. We have a continuous leak from the bathroom ceiling and they just come and mop the floor and say there is nothing they can do. Staff tried their best to help us out during our stay.
