Our goal is to Change the way Mexican food is experienced in Toronto and be the new trendsetter, Bringing different flavours from all the regions of Mexico. For Generations, maize has not been just a crop but a deep cultural symbol to daily life. Corn was domesticated from a grass called teocintle by the peoples of Meso-America approximately 10,000 years ago. The yellow corn commonly found now in local grocery stores pales in comparison to the shapes, sizes, and colors of the traditional maize varieties cultivated by the indigenous peoples of Meso America.  a crop that was so important that it played a central part in the mythology of the natives. Just like wheat in much of Europe or rice in most of East Asia, it was the food without which a meal was not a meal.
