We feel that it is very important to know exactly what you are eating and where it comes from. All of our meat is free range, locally raised without the use of any antibiotics, steroids or hormones and comes from farms within Wellington County. Food is our passion. Every dish is made from scratch right using only fresh local ingredients. We serve local craft beers and fine spirits.

Read All ReviewsLittle leveled up from the side walk to the restaurant entrance. Good spacing inside the restaurant. Easily accessible by public transit, the Irv is an excellent choice for a night out, friendly people running the place, a cool ambience with lots of good music that complements the evening rather than competes with it.
