Featuring modern decor and furnishings, the the studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments all include kitchens with full-size appliances, TVs, stereos, washer/dryers, enclosed solariums or balconies, plus high-speed Internet (surcharge). Some include fireplaces, water views and whirlpool tubs.
Bachelor Suites
One Queen size bed in an all-in-one-room design, fully furnished corner suite with plenty of windows. Lots of sunlight inside enclosed solarium with small bistro table and two chairs. Separated work area with desk. Comfortable for one or two adults. Maximum number people in this room is 2. This room type has a view of the city park across the street.
Junior Suites
One Queen size bed in an all-in-one-room design, fully furnished suite. Double size pull out sofa-bed and an occasional chair in living area. Most Junior suites (not all) feature separated dining area inside solarium with small bistro table and two chairs or an outdoor balcony. Very limited number of Junior suites have a balcony. Small in-suite storage area in room. Perfect design with no waste of space. Perfect for one, great for a couple, and definitely cozy for 4. Maximum number of people in this room is 4.
Junior Suite – Low Floor
Located on the ground floor (facing cul-de-sac) up to the 3rd floor (Beach Avenue side). This suite consists of one queen size bed, double size pull out sofa bed and an occasional chair in living area. Ground floor units are slightly smaller square footage with open outdoor patio. Higher floors features enclosed solarium with bistro size dining table for 2. In suite storage room available. Perfect design with no waste of space.
Premier Junior Suites
Suite has a harbor view of Granville Island and part of the False Creek area. Located on the cul-de-sac side of the building. Suite consists of a queen size bed, double size pullout sofa bed in the living area. Enclosed solarium with bistro table and dining chairs for two. Premier junior suites face either east or south of the building. Lots of sunshine and sea breeze! Maximum number of persons permitted is 4
One Bedroom Suites
Separated bedroom from living/dining area. Bedroom contains one queen size bed. Double size pull out sofa-bed in living room. Dining table with 4 chairs adjacent to kitchen. Separated work area with desk. Some have an outdoor balcony. Perfect for one, great for a couple, and cozy for 4. Maximum number of people in this room is 4. All one bedroom suites face the back garden courtyard.
Bedroom Deluxe Suites
One queen size bed in master bedroom with private en-suite shower, one single bed in second bedroom (for one person). Double size pull out sofa bed and occasional chair in living area. Additional bathroom! (that’s correct, two bathrooms!) Separated dining area with seating for 4 people adjacent to outdoor patio. Extra in-suite storage room. Popular with families! Maximum number of people in this room is 5. All one bedroom deluxe suites face the back garden courtyard.
Two Bedroom Suites
Suite contains one queen size bed in master bedroom with a jet tub in the en-suite bathroom, one other additional bedroom with one queen bed. Double size pull out sofa bed and 2 occasional chairs in living area next to LCD TV. Two enclosed solariums containing desk & office chair. Dining area with seating for 4 people adjacent to kitchen/living-room. Extra in-suite storage room next to kitchen. Popular with families! Maximum number of people in this room is 6. This suite is located on the 4th floor and does not have a balcony or water view.
One Bedroom Penthouse Suite
Suite located on the top floor (8th floor) features a king size bed in the master bedroom. Two bathrooms; one with an over-sized large soaker tub and a second bathroom that has a large walk-in shower with two shower-heads. Double size pull-out sofa bed in living room with two occasional chairs. Separated work area with desk. Gas fireplace also located in living room area. Dining table for four located adjacent to kitchen. Small outdoor balcony that can hold two patio chairs facing south. Maximum number of persons permitted is 4.
Two Bedroom Penthouse – Small
This two bedroom penthouse features a queen bed in the master bedroom with a jet soaker tub in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full size (double) bed. Cozy living area has a double bed sofa pull out and occasional chair. Dining table for four adjacent to the kitchen. This particular penthouse has a large outdoor deck that has an outdoor patio table for 4. Penthouse is located on the top floor (8th floor) faces both North/East/South. Maximum number of persons permitted is 6.
Two Bedroom Penthouse – Large
Large suite consists of two separate bedrooms; one with a queen bed with jet tub in the en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom features queen bed with small office nook. Second bathroom in the main living area featuring shower facility. Full kitchen, living room with double sofa bed pull out, large gas fireplace, three balconies, dining area with table and chairs for four people. Penthouse is located on the top floor (8th floor). Face North/East/South views. Maximum number of persons permitted is 6.
