We believe in using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and in sourcing from local and like-minded suppliers – including from our own farm. We use local produce when possible, ethically raised meats, organic eggs, whole rice, flours, honey, 100% maple syrup, coconut sugar, and many other ingredients like these. To us, everyday food is as much about affordability as it is about simplicity and yumminess. We wanted to be able to increase access to food made with top-quality ingredients at affordable prices. We also wanted a place where there was choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Then we thought we should make sure we had a few options for vegans, gluten-sensitive diners and people who prefer to avoid simple carbs altogether.

The service was excellent and the food was both a treat to the eyes and tongue. Harvest Kitchen doesn’t look like much from the street but, once inside, we learned that they have a rooftop deck dining area. It’s shaded with huge trees and covered with sun umbrellas to keep leaves and debris out of your food. The ambiance was incredibly quaint and the temperature divine on a late May afternoon. 1 step up from the side walk and spacing inside the restaurant will be concern for wheelchair user
