Both our breakfast and lunch feature a fantastic, seasonally changing buffet as well as a selection of a la carte items.

Our dinner menu focuses on the idea of approachability, with a multitude of items to please every palate. With a strong steak/grill program and an emphasis on the freshest seafood available, we provide a little something for everybody. Family style dining and kitchen presence in the dining room ensure the guests get an engaging and dynamic meal. A stellar menu-inspired wine list provides a vast selection of both new and old world wines from around the globe, as well as the best selection of Canadian wines.

VICTOR BAR & LOUNGE is a great place to relax, unwind, watch the game or socialize. We specialize in both classic and signature house made creative cocktails, as well as a great selection of local and international wines. The food is “share friendly” and is composed of bar fare that is both familiar and exciting.

THE HATLEY ROOM is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel. With renovations scheduled to begin August 2017, this space will become a private meeting/dining space with the ability to accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated function.

THE DOMINION ROOM is also located on the mezzanine level of the hotel. Renovated in March 2017 with the newest sound and screen technology, this versatile space allows for custom set-ups to accommodate private functions of up to 35 guests.
