If so the luxury accommodation, guest facilities, ambience and breathtaking views at High Dalby House & Cottages make it the perfect place for you.

Guests arriving at High Dalby House are invited to relax and unwind whilst absorbing the breathtaking views from our comfortable air conditioned conservatory. We then offer a complimentary drink and cakes whilst we familiarise guests with our facilities and what the area has to offer.

A selection of books and magazines, DVD library, games and puzzles, binoculars and a Bose music system are available for guest use. Each guest bedroom has an iPod dock, a wide screen high definition TV, DVD/CD player and free WiFi is available throughout.

If you prefer to totally relax outdoors then just stretch out on our south facing patio and lawns or laze by our water feature, fishing lake or fast flowing trout stream. The more energetic may wish to take one of our romantic woodland walks discovering the plethora of flora, fauna and birdlife in the six acres of our glorious landscaped grounds. For those budding Wimbledon winners we have our own floodlit tennis court to hone your skills.

If wildlife observation is your thing High Dalby House has a wide range of specemin trees, shrubs and flowers. It is a ‘Twitchers’ delight with a magnificent diversity of birdlife including the elusive Nightjar, Heron and Kingfishers. Guests may observe brown trout rising in the stream and we have other regular visitors such as Roe Deer, foxes, badgers, otters, stoats, rabbits and squirrels. Organised Badger watches are held nearby by the Forestry Commission.
