Chef Shahir Massoud graduated from New York’s esteemed French Culinary Institute, and has worked in the kitchens of Mario Batali (Lupa), Jean-Georges Vongerichten (The Mark Hotel) and Saveur Magazine. He has a business degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business, and is one of four co-hosts on CBC’s new hit lifestyle show, The Goods.

It’s the best place to have pizza and pasta with friends in downtown Toronto. Young and talented chief. Their menu is different enough from other places that it makes it worthwhile to come back. Relatively inexpensive for the food you get too. Flat access from the side walk and spacing inside the restaurant is also good.
