Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip with my disability. On arrival we spotted a member of staff walking in the vicinity of the courtyard buildings and asked where the disabled parking was located. Guided us to the disabled parking and was easy available as it was requested in advance only and a wheelchair friendly room. We checked in and the receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was separate from the main hotel. This is one of the best rooms we have seen in terms of space and facilities for a wheelchair user. The bathroom had excellent shower facilities although no dedicated towel rail. Good breakfast also. Overall enjoyed the stay.
