Stayed here with my disabled partner for family visit. The hotel has recently been refurbished and looks lovely however this hotel is not suitable for disabled guests due to no lift. Asked for the disabled room at reception and helped with that by lovely staff. Got the accessible room and the room was disabled one and great for those with low mobility. Sink was very low with other all disabled facilities. Breakfast in the morning was very good and with lots of varieties. Overall great stay for me.
