All our 51 individual bedrooms are furnished in calm, contemporary style to provide a peaceful haven and a restful night's sleep.

Bedrooms are offered on a room only basis and our sumptuous full English and continental breakfast is served daily in Bailey's restaurant in the main hotel building, for just £8.95 per person.

Bedrooms

All our 51 individual bedrooms are furnished in calm, contemporary style to provide a peaceful haven and a restful night's sleep.

Our stylish Four Poster rooms are in the main building, while our comfortable Courtyard rooms are laid out motel-style, each with their own private entrance. There is plentiful free hotel parking for guests.

We offer bedrooms for single, double and twin occupancy, as well as dedicated family rooms and rooms that are fully equipped and accessible for disabled guests. Let us know your specific requirements and we will find you the perfect room to meet your needs.

In the Courtyard, we offer a choice of double, twin, family and disabled rooms.

Our spacious room 42/43 has a double bedroom room and an adjoining twin bedroom, as well as and a separate shower room.

Room 1 has the option of a double bed, with a single bed and also has a fully equipped wet room for disabled guests.

In the main building, we offer 4-poster rooms and a large suite.

All our rooms are non-smoking and have modern en suite bathroom facilities, crisp white bed linen, and LCD television, free Wi-Fi, work area, telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee tray.

Pet Friendly Hotel in Durham

We love animals, and pets are welcome in our Courtyard Rooms. We're lucky to be surrounded by lots of pretty walks starting from the hotel entrance and staff will be pleased to point dogs and owners in the right direction.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to accompany their owners in our Atrium area inside the main building. However, Bailey's Restaurant and the main Bar are pet-free zones.

Dog bowls can be provided.
